Captain
Paul Holdsworth is 1990 graduate of the Ohio State University Reserve
Officer Training Corps Program.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Engineering
from the Ohio State University.
He is a graduate of the U.S. Army Medical Department Officer
Basic Course and the U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery Officer Advance
Course. Captain
Holdsworth presently serves as the Battalion S-1 Officer/Adjutant, 2nd
Battalion, 174th Air Defense Artillery (Avenger).
Previous to this assignment, Captain Holdsworth served as
Commander, Battery C, 2nd Battalion, 174th Air Defense Artillery
(Avenger); Executive Officer, Battery C, 2nd Battalion, 174th Air
Defense Artillery (Avenger); Sanitary Engineer, U.S. Army Center for
Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine, Direct Support Activity-West,
Fitzsimons Army Medical Center, Denver, Colorado; Commander, Battery A,
2nd Battalion, 174th Air Defense Artillery (HAWK).
His military service also includes 10 years of enlisted service
in the U.S. Marine Corps and Ohio Army National Guard. His
awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal,
Navy-Marine Corps Meritorious Unit Commendation with bronze star device,
Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal with bronze star device, National
Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Navy-Marine Corps Sea
Service Deployment Ribbon. Captain
Holdsworth is married to the former Heather Peterman of Johnstown, Ohio.
His civilian job position is with the Muskingum Soil and Water
